As a husband, father, and the founder of 44 Sports Connect, my mission is personal. I started this business to be a present and supportive father to my son, who proudly wears the #44 in his sports journey. That same dedication extends to every student-athlete and family I work with.

Back in high school, I had dreams of playing football at the next level. I wasn’t a Division 1 prospect, and in 1990—before the internet changed everything—I had minimal guidance or support. I paid for a recruiting service that did little more than put my photo in a book. I couldn’t even get someone on the phone. That frustrating experience stuck with me and shaped my commitment to service and integrity. I vowed that no student-athlete I work with would feel unseen or unsupported.
